VISION

Some have the gift of sight
others cannot see.
Some have the gift of speech
others cannot talk.
Some have the gift of sound
others cannot hear.
Some have the gift of limbs
others have none.
Yet many are blind

who can see.
Many are voiceless
who can speak.
Many are deaf
who can hear.
And many are those who are cripple
though they can walk.
For it is not that which is whole
on the outside,
but that which is whole
on the inside,
that gives life meaning
and enables even the blind
to see.
